John Chiu

John is a chef with experience in 3 continents and a dual citizen of Australia and Hong Kong. He currently leads the Imperial team as the Managing Director.

His passion and commitment to quality and best practices has kept Imperial Peking consistent for over two decades. He is a family man and an avid golfer.
